Man without liberty is a husk, Man without equality is a suppreßed mind. Both of these conditions are harmful for the intellectual proclivity of society. When the amount of unproductive (unenlightened) minds exceeds that of the productive one, then is spawned the phenomenon titled here redneckery. Society, the sovereign, General Will, has two options, to surrender its strongholds and lay down its arms, or to declare war on its natural rival. I will not seek to ponder the specifics of this kind of war, for it is unimportant for our current ends. Instead, we look at the conclusion. In the case of a new degenerate state (the redneck alternative) culture will feel a shock of cuts and blocks, and education will be taught from the state's view. If the enlightened state (the thinkers' government) prevail, the status-quo does not prevail with it.

After the victory of the thinkers in preserving the enlightened state, it is clear to them that they are now entrenched into a war of ideals. Wars of this nature are all-encompaßing, and fifth columns serve as the ultimate weapon. The thinkers, learning from the first phase of the war, implement emergency legislation to harden the democratic enlightened state, or found a dictatorship of enlightenment (I call it the Citizens Alerted State). This is no ordinary dictatorship, it is not even a permanent one, for this state can only function under the conditions of a war of ideals. Once the has been totally ended, there is no real way to continue rule under this style, why despots do dislike it so. What this dictatorship represents is a more exclusive claß of the citizenry, and at times some minor, eßential censorship. The body politic still controls the state, but voting procedures and requirements differ from that of peace. The dictatorship of enlightenment refers more to a change in culture than legislation, namely a more enclosed one, alert for rednecks and other enemies.
